2. Licensing and subscription
Managing your Subscription ID is a simple process across the solution suite, as it's shared across the entire solution suite, including desktop and app.
After starting a Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise download or trial an email will be sent to your mailbox containing your Subscription ID. For simplicity, your Subscription ID is auto enrolled across the Microsoft 365 tenant.
All users who have Ideagen Mail Manager • Enterprise installed will utilise the same Subscription ID.

The app uses modern authentication for best practice security when connecting to Microsoft 365. It cannot access any SharePoint location that the user does not have permissions to.
