1. Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments

The app is a modern web-based add-in tied to your Microsoft 365 tenant. Only Exchange Online accounts are supported.

Note: SharePoint On-Premises and Exchange On-Premises environments are not supported.

2. Microsoft Office and Outlook environments

• Microsoft 365 Apps
• Microsoft Office 2021 (32-bit and 64-bit)
• Microsoft Office 2024 (32-bit and 64-bit)
• Outlook on the web (PC): Microsoft Edge, Chrome
• Outlook on the web (Mac): Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome
• Outlook for Mac (reduced functionality – Save on Send not supported)
