Managing your subscription

This article explains how to start a trial, apply a subscription ID, and view license details.
1. Desktop
After registering for a 30-day trial, you will receive an email containing your Subscription Id. This Id can be shared with up to 25 users and remains valid for 30 days.
1.1. Apply the Subscription Id
- Mail: Select Outlook Menu, About Mail, My License.
- Docs: Click File, My License.
- Select Change to enter the Subscription Id.
Information such as the trial expiry date and included products can be viewed in the license section.
2. App
To start and manage a 30-day trial in the Mail App:
- Select Settings in the app.
- Select My Subscription.
- View Plans to review available options.
- If you have a Subscription Id, select Manage / Change Subscription.
- Enter the Subscription Id to activate your trial.
