This article explains how permissions may change over time to support new features and improve integration with Microsoft 365.
1. Overview
From time to time, new features may be introduced that require additional permissions to allow users to complete tasks and work with content in Microsoft 365.
Permission updates will also reflect changes made by Microsoft to support more granular task completion. The goal is to always use the minimum permissions necessary, and updates will be made accordingly.
As permissions are updated, users will be notified. It is recommended to review the required permissions regularly.
