Clearing Web app settings

This article explains how to clear all cached web app data and sign out of the Ideagen Mail Manager app in Outlook.
1. Clearing app settings
To clear app settings:
- Open an email in Outlook.
- Click Save to SharePoint.
- Go to Settings.
- Select User Settings.
- Click Delete all stored settings.
This will clear all cached web app data and sign you out.
2. Clearing cache manually
Clearing your office cache can also force a refresh of your Ideagen Mail Manager web app in Classic Outlook.
If the above does not help with your issue, we recommend trying the below manual office cache clear. This can fix the Web app not showing in Classic Outlook, or the new branding for the web app not showing in classic outlook.
To clear the cache:
- Close Classic Outlook.
- Open File Explorer.
- Go to %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\.
- Rename the Wef folder to Wef.old.
- Reopen Classic Outlook.
3. Signing in
To sign back in to the app:
- Close the app.
- Reopen the app.
- Click Sign in with Microsoft.
