Setting up an Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise trial

This article guides you through the steps required to set up a trial of Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise.
1. Preparing for the trial
Before setting up your trial, we recommend scheduling a short call with the Sales or Pre-sales Team to walk you through the trial setup process. This ensures you understand all the steps involved and can facilitate a smooth trial experience.
2. Setting up the trial
To set up your trial:
- Decide who will participate in the trial.
- Register your organisation at the registration page, choosing the appropriate region.
- Review our best practices guide, which provides access to downloads and full instructions for installing and deploying both desktop and web applications.
- Consult the getting started with solution administration resources for comprehensive setup information.
- Review your organisation's security policies to ensure the required applications and URLs are whitelisted.
- Set up the following permissions:
- SharePoint Admin - Required to add a new single basic site named 'oneplacesolutions' as an Administration site.
- Microsoft Admin - Required to make the connection between the Ideagen Mail Manager Admin client and the Administration site. After the initial connection, normal user credentials can be used in the Admin client.
