How to reset your Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise mail login details.

This article shows you how to reset your Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise to Microsoft login details, if you are having difficulty connecting to your SharePoint in Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise mail desktop.
1. Log out and re-sign in, in your settings.
To set up a Save folder:
- Go to Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise in your Outlook classic (this will say OnePlaceMail if you are on an older version)
- Select Settings.
- If you can see you are signed in, then click sign out.
4. Then just sign back in with your Microsoft 365 details.
2. If that doesn't help, then you can delete your login details manually.
Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise desktop holds your login information in a .bin file. You can delete this to reset your login details as shown below:
1. Close Outlook
Ensure Outlook is completely closed before resetting your login details manually.
2. Locate the .bin File
Navigate to the folder where your Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise .bin file is stored.
Typically:C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\OnePlace Solutions\
or%LocalAppData%\OnePlace Solutions\
3. Delete the Existing .bin File
Right-click the .bin file and choose Delete.
4. Open Outlook
5. This will prompt you to login back into your Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise desktop with your Microsoft 365 details.
