This article outlines the product changes that have been made in release 8.1.

1. What's New in Version 8.1

Release 8.1 includes support for Modern Authentication for Office 365 customers.

This release also resolves several bugs related to choice column types and updates the Manage files link to Rename Files.

2. R8.1.1 – Hotfixes

• Resolved issue when handling Yes/No column types in specific scenarios where the value had never been set.
• Resolved issue when editing values in lookup column types.
• Resolved issue where column validation was applied but the validation message was empty.

3. R8.1 – Enhancements

• Support for Modern Authentication.
• Relabeled the 'Manage files' link on the Save to SharePoint dialog box to 'Rename Files'.

4. R8.1 – Fixes

• Resolved issue when selecting 'Copy As Link' on a location with spaces in the address.
• Resolved issue when saving to a choice column in a non-English SharePoint site.
• Resolved issue with taxonomy columns set to allow multiple values.
• Resolved issue where the Save button was not enabled when modifying a choice column.
