1. December 10, 2025

The App now supports Central Search. We now allow users to search, filter, and view email records along with related metadata stored in SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. It offers comprehensive functions to quickly locate specific emails, review detailed metadata, download the original EML file, and access related files stored across various saved locations.

• Resolved issue when attempting to search for a location.

2. September 18, 2025

The product name and logo have been updated to reflect the new branding for the Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise Mail App.

Product Name: OnePlaceMail → Ideagen Mail Manager Enterprise App

Logo updated to:

The product name and logo will be updated across the application.

Existing customers will need to complete a manual upgrade for the central deployment via the M365 admin center.

3. April 16, 2025

The Ideagen EnterpriseMail App now supports:

• Loading a custom email content type by default
• Custom column mapping is now supported, allowing you to capture email attributes when using custom email columns
