This article explains how to download and deploy the latest software release using MSI packages and required components.

1. Current release

Version R9.0 | 30.29.25269.4

The software previously known as OnePlace Solutions is now Ideagen Mail Manager.

Please ensure that permission consent has been selected on behalf of your organization before upgrading to R9.0.

2. Enterprise deployment

Select the Office version that matches your environment to download the appropriate MSI files and pre-requisite components.

2.1. Office 365

Pre-requisites:

• Installation of Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) 2010 Runtime
• Installation of .NET 4.7.2 Framework or later (required for Windows 7 and 8)
• Installation of Microsoft Edge WebView 2

MSI files:

•  IdeagenMailManagerDocs_Office365.msi  
• IdeagenMailManager_Outlook365.msi  
• IdeagenMailManagerAdminClient.msi

2.2. Office 2019

Pre-requisites:

• Installation of Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) 2010 Runtime
• Installation of Microsoft Edge WebView 2
• Installation of .NET 4.7.2 Framework or later (required for Windows 7 and 8)
