This article explains how to access and interact with SharePoint public and private views using Docs. The Outlook-style experience provides seamless access to content across libraries and lists, directly from your desktop.
1. Default and custom views
When selecting a SharePoint location, the default view defined in the library or list will automatically be presented. This ensures consistency with how content is organized in SharePoint.
Additional views are available via the drop-down picker and will appear exactly as configured in SharePoint. This includes both public and private views.
