This article explains how to copy documents or emails between Microsoft 365 locations using Mail. You can copy content to SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or OneDrive without leaving your desktop. This functionality is supported for SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019, and Office 365.
1. Copy an item
- Select the document or email to be copied.
- Click the Copy button in the ribbon.
- In the dialog box, select the destination location (SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive).
- Click OK to complete the copy action.
- The document will be copied to the selected location.
