No elevated permissions are required.
This guide explains how to track the status of saved emails using Ideagen Mail Manager: Enterprise app, including viewing progress history and upload details for multiple items.
1. Background saving
When saving one or more emails to Microsoft 365, the save is completed in the background, allowing you to continue working without interruption.
2. View progress history
- Select the app.
- Click the menu button in the top right corner.
- Select View / Progress History.
3. View upload status for multiple saves
To view the upload status of each individual item when multiple emails have been saved:
- Select the Actions button.
- The upload status for each item will be displayed.
