This guide explains how Ideagen Mail Manager: Enterprise automatically captures and promotes email properties when saving to SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.

1. Automatic property capture

When saving an email or attachment to SharePoint or Microsoft Teams, the app will automatically capture email properties and promote them to columns.

2. Custom columns

If custom columns are available in the document library, they can also be captured at the time of saving.

The app will automatically load the default content type, and additional content types may be accessed via the drop down.

Custom columns will also be automatically displayed, ensuring better capture of content when saving to SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
