1. Pinned locations
Pinned locations are shortcuts to SharePoint sites, document libraries, document sets, or folders.
Users can manage their own pinned locations by selecting the ellipses (three dots) next to a location.
1.1. Add a location
- Select the three dots to the right of the location.
- Click Pin this location.
- The location will now appear in the pinned area.
1.2. Remove a pinned location
- Select the three dots next to the location you want to remove.
- Click Unpin this location.
2. Recent locations
Locations that have previously been saved will automatically appear under the Recents area.
These provide a quick way to save to a previously accessed location.
3. Show locations
- SharePoint: The app presents SharePoint locations accessible to the user. These are automatically security trimmed.
- Microsoft Teams: The app presents Teams locations accessible to the user. When selecting a team, available channels are shown, allowing emails and attachments to be saved to any Teams channel.
