Moving emails to SharePoint and Microsoft Teams

This guide explains how to move emails to SharePoint or Microsoft Teams using Ideagen Mail Manager: Enterprise, and how to enable automatic deletion from your inbox after saving.
1. Move individual emails
- Select the email(s) you want to move to a SharePoint or Teams site.
- Select the checkbox After save, move email(s) to deleted items.
- This will move the email to SharePoint or Teams and remove it from your inbox or folder.
2. Move all emails by default
You can configure the app to automatically move emails to the deleted items folder after saving them to SharePoint or Teams.
- Select the email you want to move.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Select the checkbox After saving email, move to the deleted items folder.
