This article explains how OnePlaceMail provides preview capabilities for emails and documents directly within Outlook.
1. Preview emails and documents in Outlook with OnePlaceMail
OnePlaceMail delivers a preview of emails or documents with an Outlook-style experience.
Where available, OnePlace Solutions will use the Office Web App Server or Office Online Server to offer preview capabilities directly in Outlook. If the Web App or Office Online Server is not available, or the file type is not supported (such as email messages), a local preview of the content will be provided.
The Show/hide preview button on the ribbon allows you to turn the preview on or off.
For environments and file types where a local preview is used, multiple preview options are available to you or the administrator in the settings window.
