1. Access SharePoint-stored emails in Outlook

Seamlessly access your emails that have been stored in SharePoint without leaving Outlook. OnePlaceMail allows you to read, open, and take advantage of email metadata to stay productive.

2. View and open emails

1. Select the location via the Outlook navigation pane.
2. Select the contents of the email by clicking it in the Outlook grid view. The email will be previewed on the right-hand side.

3. Double-click the email to respond, forward, or access the attachment stored with the email.

4. Ensure your view includes the EmHasAttachment column in SharePoint so the attachment icon is visible in the Outlook grid view.
