This article explains how OnePlaceMail enables users to access and interact with SharePoint content directly within Outlook.
1. View SharePoint content in Outlook with OnePlaceMail
OnePlaceMail will show content stored in SharePoint directly in Outlook.
- Select a favorite, recent, or a location delivered to the solution profiles node.
- The navigation tree with library folder hierarchy will be presented to browse additional locations in SharePoint. These locations are automatically security trimmed.
- Double-click on an email to reply or forward the message.
- Double-click on a document to open and edit the file in its native application.
