Save emails and attachments to SharePoint without leaving your Outlook environment.
1. Send and file
An email can be sent to the recipient(s) and saved to SharePoint by clicking the Send and File button.
After the email is successfully sent, OnePlaceMail will present the Save to SharePoint window to select the appropriate SharePoint location and complete any additional metadata.
2. Automatically prompt to save when selecting send
When using the Outlook Send button, a prompt may appear asking if the email should be saved to SharePoint.
Selecting Yes will open the Save to SharePoint dialog box, allowing the user to choose the location in SharePoint to save the email.
