Microsoft Outlook will only show OnePlace Mail folders when Outlook is "Optimized for compatibility".
You can easily turn this on, we also show a pop up asking you to turn this on when OnePlace Mail is installed.

2. Solution

Turn this Outlook view setting on at:

Microsoft Outlook > File > Options > General > Optimize for Compatibility

Once this is set, you will see your favourites and shortcuts as normal, when you click on your OnePlace folders in Outlook.
