1. Issue

When selecting a OnePlaceMail Folder on the left navigation of Outlook to view/access the SharePoint content, the error message will appear.

This is because the site has been defined as being in the Internet zone.

2. Resolution

Option 1

To resolve the issue:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Browse to the SharePoint site.
3. Double-click the Internet label depicting the current zone.
4. Select Local Intranet.
5. Ensure Automatically detect intranet network is checked.
6. Click OK.

Once you've done this, restart Outlook to prevent the error from popping up again.

Option 2

To resolve the issue:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Browse to the SharePoint site.
3. Double-click the Internet label depicting the current zone.
4. Select Trusted Sites.
5. Enter the SharePoint Site URL.
6. Click Add.

Once you've added the link to your site, restart Outlook to prevent the error from popping up again.
