This article shows you how you can save files to a folder or document set that cannot be browsed due to an error that the threshold limit has been exceeded.

To save a file to an affected library:

1. Perform a search for the folder or document set.
   Don't attempt to browse the library with 5000+ folders.
2. Click OK when the error dialog appears.

3. Enter the document set or folder name you would like to save the email or attachment to.

4. Select the Document set or folder.
5. Click Save here.
