1. How does OnePlace licensing work?
OnePlace solutions has modern licensing that is tied to your Microsoft 365 Tennant.
When you purchase OnePlace solutions, we generate a Subscription ID and this is linked to your Microsoft 365 tenant name.
This means if you have 20 licenses. 20 users can install and log in to OnePlace with their organisation Microsoft 365 login details and they will automatically grab and consume a license based on their business email address.
Any more users will get a "Subscription limit" message and OnePlace won't activate.

If you have an old version of OnePlace Solutions (Version 8.4 and below) then you will be on our old legacy licensing, this is detailed below.
2. How does old legacy licensing work?
OnePlace legacy licensing only applies to version 8.4 and older. This old licensing system is based off an encrypted license file stored in a folder on your SharePoint.
To update your old license you need to replace this file with a new one from the OnePlace solution team.
3. How can I remove users from my Subscription?
Please just email your Customer Success Manager or the OnePlace support team to remove any users needed.
You can also submit a support ticket here
Also, if a user has not used OnePlace solutions for more that 90 days their license will deactivate and get removed, spare for anyone else in the organisation to use.
4. How can I purchase licenses?
If you need to purchase more licenses, please contact success@oneplacesolutions.com
Note: Contact the Customer Success Team if you want to add additional license's to an existing subscription. The Customer Success Teams will ensure any volume discounts, pro-rata adjustments, and single renewal date is applied.
5. Can I downgrade my plan throughout the subscription period?
No, the subscription plan pricing and volume discounts are for the selected Term. The plan, including the number of users, can be adjusted on renewal.
6. Can I upgrade my plan throughout the subscription period?
Yes, please contact the Customer Success Team as above.
7. Can I buy additional licenses during the term of my subscription?
Yes, licenses can be added to your subscription. The subscription fee will be calculated pro-rata to retain a single renewal date. Please contact our Customer Success Team for a quotation, including any volume discounts that may apply.
8. Do you provide partner margins?

9. Can I purchase licenses through a partner?
Yes, we have exceptional partners who can assist with your subscription, professional services and first-level support. Please see our partners or contact us if you would like us to speak with your preferred service provider.
10. What are the subscription period terms?
Subscriptions are provided on an annual basis. Multi-year subscriptions are also available and attract a discount.
11. Are user licenses concurrent or named user?
Licenses are based on named users and are not concurrent. However, licenses can be transferred if someone is no longer using the software or has left the business.
12. What currency can I purchase my subscription in?
Subscriptions are available in USD, EUR, GBP and AUD. The subscription currency is determined by your location.
